At Anuzy Fashion, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and a satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or item). You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or clearance, products that have been worn, washed, or altered, customized or made-to-order items, accessories, innerwear, or any item marked as “non-returnable.”
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at returns@anuzyfashion.pk or WhatsApp at +92-300-0000000. Mention your order number and reason for return, and share clear photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect. Our team will guide you through the process.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was incorrect or faulty. Items must be shipped to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Option
If you want a size exchange, please mention it in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the return conditions.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return/refund policy will apply instead.
